Puppet Making in Reception Class
The Reception class have been making paper plate puppets this morning. We listened to the story of 'Winnie's computer' and created puppets to help us retell the story.

Y4 have been working cooperatively this week to prepare a range of food for our DT project. We practised a range of different skills, including cutting, grating and spreading.
The Reception class had great fun playing in the snow!

Last week, we sent Arthog some of the amazing art work that the year 6 children have been working on. We have received an email with a picture of the paintings on display around the centre . They look wonderful!

Year 3 had a lovely two days playing in the snow! We've seen kindness, curiosity, communication and team work going on, as well as a few snowballs!
Year 1 are learning the story Stick Man in Writing over the next few weeks. For our introductory lesson today, we made our own stick people and retold the story using a story map. It was great fun!
On Remembrance Sunday, we joined the local community to remember those who have given so much for their country. The children laid a wreath that had been made in school by children from nursery and each class. It was lovely to hear the children from Barrow, Broseley C of E and John Wilkinson perform their Remembrance Day song together.
Year 6 uniqueness day for anti-bullying week
As a class we discussed how our outfits expressed ourselves/made us unique and the importance of respecting everyone’s differences!
Nursery children were learning about Children in Need on Friday; they had a lovely time making masks and dancing with Pudsey Bear!
